Shipping Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We use USPS or UPS for our shipping service. Once your order has been fullfilled and processed you will recieve an email tracking notification. Keep in mind, selecting priority mail upon checkout does not speed up your processing time. It is simply a metric of shipping.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

At this time we do not ship outside of the United States.

The processing time is between 2-4 days. Keep in mind processing is not the same as shipping. Processing is the time it takes to fullfill your order and prepare for shipping. All of our orders are hand made in small batches to ensure each jar maintains the special blend you have come to expect and love! Therefore processing time may take the entire 4 days. If we experience an unforeseen delay you will recieve email notification.

Returns and exchanges

 We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product is damaged. Otherwise, all sales are considered final.

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damage, contact customer service at naturalbodyblends@gmail.com
within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. 

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.

We encourage you to check your address before completing your purchase to ensure it is accurate. We are not responsible for incorrect address input and therefore cannot offer replacement orders.
